Serious Question for WSU and other Valley fans

Reading this information has opened up my eyes as to the number of teams (MSU, UNI, ISUR) in the Valley who are playing BIG TIME Football. If they join DIV. I, they may threaten to be a 70-90 RPI team and go the the sunny Idaho Potato Bowl.
