NDSU is a football school, the way things are going. They should in contact with the Sun Belt, MAC, or even trying to find a way to resurrect the WAC with a few other teams.
The MVC is a basketball league with FCS football. NDSU's goals and the MVC's goals are not equivalent. NDSU should be pushing elsewhere.

NDSU would never be considered in any of those leagues. Expansion has very little to do with skill.
