If you got past all of that, I am not sure 1 year is enough experience to warrant $400K plus. Heck, Marty had 1 good year at SIUE.

I think what E-Villan was getting at was, do you know what his pay was when he was first hired as HC at UNI? Before tenure and performance levels earned him his raises. That's a more natural comparison for a NEW head coach at Evansville.
