JaShon Henry - 6-5, F - 5th Year Sr - 9.5 PPG, 4.5 RPG (missed basically all of the league season with concussion issues)
Ville Tahvanainen - 6-4, G - Sr. - 8.1 PPG, 3.2 RPG - 39% from three
Malevy Leons - 6-9, F - Sr. - 9.1 PPG, 6.4 RPG
Reink Mast - 6-9, F - Jr. - 13.9 PPG, 8.3 RPG - Third Team All MVC
Connor Linke - 6-9, C - Jr. - 0.9 PPG, 1.1 RPG
Darius Hannah - 6-9, F - Jr. - 0.6 PPG, 0.6 RPG
Connor Hickman - 6-3, G - So. - 7.1 PPG, 2.2 RPG - MVC All Freshman Team
Zek Montgomery - 6-6, G - So. - 4.3 PPG, 1.8 RPG
Max Ekono - 6-5, G - So. - 1.0 PPG, 1.0 APG

Newcomers
Cody "Duke" Deen - 5-9, G, - So. - Troy Transfer - 9.0 PPG, 3.1 APG - Sun Belt Freshman of the Year
Christian Davis - 6-6, G, - So. - LeMoyne (D2) Transfer - 12.9 PPG, 6.4 RPG
James "Pop" Weathers - 6-0, G - Jr. - State College of Florida JUCO - 18.2 PPG, 6.0 RPG, 4.9 APG
Goanar Biliew - 6-8, F - Jr. - Des Moines Area JUCO - 12.3 PPG, 6.8 RPG

Bradley has kind of zigged where others have zagged. The roster is very heavy on big men both from a numbers standpoint and a talent standpoint.

This seems to show 2020-2021 was a bad year for high school basketball in Illinois.

Thanks, we're looking forward to life in the MVC. Here's my best guess on the starting 5.

Center: This will be by committee. Jakukicek came on strong at the end of the season and challenged Brauns. Either could start.

Power Forward: Friberg fits our offense since he came from Princeton and shoots nearly 40% from 3-point range. He should start at this position.

Small Forward: Shepperd will start. Averaged over 16 points per game and is extremely athletic.

Shooting Guard: We have 5 freshman guards coming in so this position is the biggest mystery. I would think that Isaiah Walker has a great chance. He redshirted last year and knows the system.

Point Guard: My guess here would be Davidson, who was a pretty decent point guard at TN Tech. Nice shooter on top of it. He could be battling against Freshman Ja’Kobi Gillespie who was chosen as Tennessee Mr. Basketball last year.

It looks that way, but I've been surprised before. I haven't heard of new commitments for this year. I'm only seeing commits for incoming class of 2023.

Based on this information I would say that perhaps we shouldn't be so quick to write Belmont off as a contender. The league should be really open but there appears to be some solid talent on the Bruins roster. If it translates they could really hit the ground running.

It appears you can say that about a number of teams (at least on paper) coming into the season. Missouri State, Bradley, UNI and Drake seemed to have solidified themselves as contenders. Murray State has resurrected itself from an early transfer-induced grave to put itself in the "middle of the pack". And if I may say so myself, UIC has improved itself in talent and position depth to not come into the Valley ranked as the Conference laughing stock.
